STUDENTS LAUNCH THE FASHION HUMBER PROJECT

Transforming the classroom into a business environment

March 9, 2017

As a requirement of the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) course lead by Professor Anne Cramer,  Fashion Management and Promotions Postgraduate students have created a website dedicated to the business side of fashion.

FMP Students

FASHION Humber is a central space and link for things happening in the fashion programs at Humber. Students from all fashion programs in The Business School including the Fashion Arts and Business Diploma program and Fashion Management Degree program are welcome and encouraged to participate. If students are interested in contributing, there is a contribute page where they can connect with the team for more information about how to get involved and have their content shared.

FASHION Humber began in fall 2014 on social media platforms as a voice for the Humber fashion students at Humber and evolved over the years with a growing social media portfolio using the handle @FASHIONhumber.

Students are hired in various roles to create, curate, strategize and manage all things FASHION Humber. This transforms the classroom into a business environment where students collaborate in a corporate-like setting and engage in the hands-on project.
