On March 5th, The Placement Centre hosted a BMO On-Campus Recruitment Event. This was a two-part event featuring an information session conducted by the Regional Vice President and an interview session for successful student applicants.
Interviews were granted to students who applied for Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Personal Banking Representative (PBR) positions. BMO selected 27 students for the first round of interviews.
The representatives, who were branch managers and HR representatives, were very impressed with our students. BMO made offers to 11 students, and three students were invited to a second interview. This event was a tremendous success with a strong turnout and many students securing positions.
