Satu Flynn, an international student from Finland, has been accepted into the Master of Law Programme in European Law at Utrecht University in The Netherlands.
As this new academic year begins, we're excited to welcome new and returning faculty to The Business School. These professors all share a passion for teaching, an extensive list of academic credentials and years of experience working in high-ranking roles in fields like Marketing, Law, Finance and more. The faculty members joining us this year include Fabian Marks, Steve Lorini, Emily Gaszynski and Jeffery Nicholson.
Jason Stanley was a student in the Public Administration Graduate Certificate Program. Since graduating in 2005, Jason has gained a breadth of experience from a number of progressively senior capacities in multiple ministries. Most recently, Jason accepted an acting assignment as Assistant Deputy Minister, Strategy, Stewardship and Program Policy Division. Congratulations Jason on your success!
Four Business School faculty members participated in faculty exchanges between March and May, 2017. Lynn McAuliffe, Melanie Shulman, Maria Racanelli and Mike Dover each had the exciting opportunity to spend upwards of a week at partner institutions in Denmark, The Netherlands and Austria.
The Business School has received approval from the Law Society to allow graduates of paralegal education (Diploma) programs from accredited institutions in Ontario, to be granted advanced standing to enter into year three of the accredited Paralegal Education (Degree) program offered by The Business School.

Sanjukta Das, a Business Placement Advisor at the School of Business, could have spent her annual vacation relaxing at the beach, sightseeing abroad or reading a good book. But, instead, she decided to convert her three weeks of relaxation into an exciting, meaningful and life-changing experience.
