Applying for Your First Program in Canada, or Already a Humber Student

*Humber students who have started in their first Graduate Certificate program will be offered the chance for early admission to the second program during their first six weeks of studies.

New international students can apply for your first choice program now

If you are a new student applying to your first program at Humber, you can start your application process through the Humber International website. The 6-Step process includes all of the information you need to to apply to your first postgraduate program, including pre-departure information.

Current Humber International Students can apply to a second postgraduate program at no charge

You can apply for a second program while still enrolled in your current one or after completing your initial program at Humber. Due to the high demand for programs, it's advisable to submit your application at the earliest opportunity.

If you are interested in beginning your second program in the May 2024 term, the International Admission team will create a new application and assess your eligibility. If you are accepted, your offer of admission will be accessible on MyHumber and sent by email.

Application Instructions

  1. Select your desired program by checking International Program Availability.
  2. Submit a Contact Form enquiry by following the below steps: Under “Have you applied to Humber College”, select “Yes, I am an applicant or current student at Humber”.
  3. Fill out the required fields and under “My question is about” select the last option “Second program for returning students”. Then select Yes under “Are you a returning student?” and fill in the free text box with your question.
  • An application fee is not required for most second-program applications; however, some exceptions apply.
  • Ensure that your personal details, including your local Canadian address, are current in MyHumber.
  • Applications will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If your program of interest is waitlisted or closed, there is no guarantee that an offer of admission will be extended to you.

Important Notes

If you are applying for a second program starting in Sep 2024, please do not send this form but directly reapply through the International Web Application and use the code 2PROG2024F to waive the application fee.

Please Note: Make sure your name and email address is entered the same as it was when you first applied to Humber. About 24-48 hours after you submit your application, you will get an email confirmation with your Humber ID number. If your Humber ID number is different from your current one, please let us know.

Three Campuses To Choose From

The Longo Faculty of Business offers a variety of programs at the graduate certificate level. All of our programs offer direct training for the most in-demand roles in Canada’s workplaces. Our graduate certificates offer work-integrated learning experience, specialized student support, and an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach. Programs are available to International Students at Humber’s International Graduate School IGS and/or North or Lakeshore Campus.
