Humber's seven on-campus kitchen labs comprise the most modern facilities in the world. Among them are the award-winning culinary demonstration theatre and kitchen lab, induction cooking labs and theatre-style seating and cooking demonstration area. Students have the opportunity to practice in labs, preparing dishes for Humber Room clientele and Gourmet Express takeaway. Student also participate in competitions such as Culinary Olympics, and Iron Chef to showcase culinary expertise.
