As a Humber Baking & Pastry Arts Management and Culinary Management student, you are eligible to take Semester 4 in Florence, Italy at our partner institution The Florence University of the Arts (FUA).
This opportunity offers students firsthand experience of international standards and best practice in culinary operations and equips them with the skills necessary to be highly effective in the global workplace all while living in the heart of Tuscany!
Program Dates (Winter 2026):
- Option A: Classes & WIL (14 weeks)
- Option B: Classes only (7 weeks)
Program Includes:
- Accomodation and some meals
- Gym, Wifi, Onsite 24 hour emergency support
- Work Integrated Learning (Option A)
- Travel health insurance for the program dates, arranged by Humber
Not Included:
- Flights, leisure activities, and spending money
Notes:
- Student pays regular tuition fees to Humber for Winter 2025
- Student pays fees to FUA for tuition and accommodation
- Spaces are limited
- Students applying after deadline will not be considered
- Domestic students are still eligible to apply for OSAP while on exchange
- Student must be in good academic standing with a minimum CGPA of 70%
