Our goal is to make sure you are career-ready when you graduate. That's why we teach marketing skills that employers want in their new hires. In this program, you'll be introduced to cutting-edge market research tools and techniques such as Comscore, Vividata, Google Adwords & Analytics, market segmentation, as well as focus groups. Become confident with essential marketing practices like marketing communications, digital planning and measurement, analytics, content management, and much, much more.

What's more, to complement this industry know-how, our curriculum also includes training in professional soft skills such as leadership, team dynamics, presentations, professional writing, time management, problem-solving and more.

Projects You'll Work On

This program utilizes in-class learning activities, such as lectures, discussions, exams, quizzes and learning exercises. But learning isn't just limited to the classroom or even the Humber campus. You'll be involved in hands-on projects that mimic the roles and responsibilities of marketing professionals, like working on creating a fully integrated marketing plan, sales simulations, market research, drafting creative briefs, determining the financial viability of entering a new market, and more.

Another major project includes the selling Toronto Marlies (MLSE) tickets to help raise money for Camp Oochigeas, a charity that allows children affected by childhood cancer to enjoy camp and feel like kids again. You'll build your sales and business skills, while also contributing to a worthy cause.
