The curriculum is designed to provide the educational foundation for a career in human resources management.

This program includes the nine courses required by HRPA as part of their coursework requirement to write the Comprehensive Knowledge Exam 1 (CKE1) towards CHRP designation.
HRPA requires that a Job Ready Program and an Employment Law exam must also be successfully completed. Detailed information can be found at https://www.hrpa.ca/hr-designations/about-hr-designations#DesignationRequirements.
More information about all three HRPA designations can be found at https://www.hrpa.ca/hr-designations/about-hr-designations.
Note: The requirements for the additional credential(s) are determined by the granting body, which is independent from the College. Students are encouraged to obtain the specific requirements directly from the granting body before enrolling.
