Innovation with Purpose: How AchievaFlow Is Using Technology to Transform Mental Health and Productivity in the Digital Age

Business Management – Entrepreneurial Enterprise alumna and winner of the Longo CfE’s 2017 Launched Competition, Marcia Stipanich Martins, has long been driven by a passion for innovation. As the founder of SFI-Tech, she helped bring smart technologies to life, from home automation systems to food-grade printers, expanding her business across Canada and the U.S. The company’s growth and impact were recognized with the CONCID Inspirational Business Award, and in 2019, it was acquired by a major manufacturer to launch their technology division.

That acquisition marked a turning point for Marcia, sparking her most personal and purpose-driven venture to date. Inspired by her three neurodivergent children, who struggled with focus and relied on medication to cope with daily demands, she envisioned a better path, one grounded in empathy, innovation, and long-term impact.

The result was AchievaFlow — a compassionate, science-backed platform designed to help young adults, especially those who are neurodivergent, reclaim clarity, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable habits in an increasingly distracting digital world.

About AchievaFlow

The urgency for solutions like AchievaFlow is clear. Young people today are facing an unprecedented convergence of mental health and cognitive challenges:

  • In Canada, 1 in 50 children aged 1 to 17 are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • ADHD diagnoses rose from 5.29% to 7.48% between 2014 and 2021.
  • Globally, ASD diagnoses in those aged 26 to 34 increased 450% from 2011 to 2022.
  • Digital overload continues to erode attention, focus, and cognitive well-being.

AchievaFlow was developed to meet this moment. Far more than a productivity app, it serves as a trusted companion for personal growth. While social media fuels distraction and dopamine burnout, AchievaFlow offers a healthier path forward.

Backed by science and driven by a non-profit mission to improve societal habits, it helps users plan better, stay on track, and grow without being overwhelmed. Every feature is designed not to profit from attention, but to empower users to build healthy habits and achieve meaningful goals.

Looking Ahead

AchievaFlow is on a mission to reshape how young adults engage with technology, focus, and their potential.
