As a Humber Culinary Management student, you are eligible to take Semester 4 in Waterford, Ireland at our partner institution South East Technological University.
This opportunity offers students first-hand experience of international standards and best practice in culinary operations and equips them with the skills necessary to be highly effective in the global workplace.

Notes:
- Student pays regular tuition fees directly only to Humber for Winter 2025
- Spaces are limited
- Students applying after deadline will not be considered
- Domestic students are still eligible to apply for OSAP while on exchange
- Students must be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 70%
