Hospitality and Tourism Students Build Connections at Alumni Networking Night

The evening opened with warm and welcoming remarks from Alvina Cassiani, Senior Dean of the Longo Faculty of Business. Alvina expressed pride in the success of the alumni and emphasized the importance of fostering a strong community that supports and uplifts one another, both during studies and beyond graduation.
The alumni panel featured graduates who have built careers across a range of sectors within the hospitality industry—from hotel management and guest services to human resources and entrepreneurship. Returning alumni shared insights from their professional journeys, answered questions, and offered advice on everything from navigating early career challenges to seizing leadership opportunities.
Students left feeling energized, informed, and hopeful about the many directions their careers can take. The event provided practical knowledge and meaningful opportunities to network and build lasting professional relationships.
