This year’s showcase event turned up the heat, highlighting innovation, community, and bold flavour. The spotlight featured Humber Hot Honey and a dynamic new collaboration with the alumni-partnered Island Chef Pepper Co. Hot Sauce, two standout products that perfectly captured the spirit of creativity.

Guests enjoyed an exciting culinary experience as a talented the culinary team prepared a duo of turkey dishes, each with its own signature level of heat. From sweet-spicy glazes to vibrant pepper-forward finishes, the dishes showcased both exceptional local ingredients and the skill of Humber’s culinary students.

Beyond the kitchen, the event showcased the breadth of culinary programs and the strength of alumni partnerships. It served as a celebration of learning, collaboration, and the unique flavours that connect the community.
