The Longo Faculty of Business is introducing three new Ontario Graduate Certificate programs designed to help students and professionals advance their careers in rapidly evolving fields: Medical EstheticseCommerce Performance and Optimization, and Financial Predictive Analytics.


Medical Esthetics: Advanced Skills for Wellness Professionals

The Medical Esthetics program is tailored for working professionals with a background in skincare, esthetics, or medical‐clinic settings. Over two semesters, students complete ten courses plus two field-experience placements in the Humber Spa to deepen their knowledge and practical skills.

This program provides practitioners with up-to-date, industry-relevant training in advanced esthetic techniques, a strong asset in a wellness and spa industry that continues to grow. It also enhances career mobility and opens doors for those looking to specialize in medical esthetics beyond traditional spa services.

eCommerce Performance and Optimization: Bridging Digital Business and Analytics

The eCommerce Performance and Optimization program offers a one-year, hands-on curriculum that prepares students to improve digital storefront performance, customer experience, and profitability in today’s competitive online marketplace. With consumer habits shifting increasingly toward online shopping, this program provides students with practical tools to support data-informed decisions across the customer journey; from traffic and conversion analytics to streamlined operations and optimized user experience. That makes it highly relevant for businesses of all sizes and especially timely for a post-pandemic economy where eCommerce plays a central role.
