HLOs:
In the TRAV 219: Marketing Tourism Product course, taught by Professor Anke Föller-Carroll, students were tasked with developing strategic marketing plans to promote intangible service products to specific target markets. This semester, students are working on a live case study with Tuani Tours Nicaragua, gaining practical experience in the tourism industry.
Tuani Tours co-founder Aislyn Robins and retired Humber tourism professor along with Nicaragua tourism advocate Mary Lendway visited the students to present the case. Students are now developing marketing plans, which they will present in a competitive setting at the end of November. Stay tuned for updates on their progress.
