As the Fall 2024 semester came to a close, Tourism – Travel Services Management students in the TRAV 219: Marketing Tourism Product course, led by Professor Anke Foller-Carroll, showcased their final projects to their live client, Tuani Tours Nicaragua. Co-owners Aislyn Robins and Alvaro Moises Sanchez were tasked with selecting a winning team, and after careful consideration, they awarded the honour to Dikina Fritz, Chhoiling Lam, and Reza Joy Caberoy. Their marketing plan stood out for its alignment with Tuani Tours’ commitment to regenerative tourism and its practical, actionable strategies.

The team's passionate presentation demonstrated the depth of their research and dedication. Congratulations to Dikina, Chhoiling, and Reza on their well-earned achievement. Their efforts were truly impressive! All participating teams contributed valuable ideas that will support the future growth of this independent tourism startup.

The winning team received certificates, Tuani Tours Nicaragua t-shirts, and an invitation to visit the destination, with the occasion celebrated with treats and non-alcoholic bubbly.
