Since 2020, the collaboration between the Supply Chain Management graduate certificate program and the Humber Styles-Fashion Squad has been fostering professional growth. Leading stylists and Bachelor of Commerce – Fashion Management students Nathalie Gomez and Layla Li delivered a tailored presentation titled “Dress4Success” to the Supply Chain Management students.

The Supply Chain Management program, as part of its SCM 5504: Competitive Advantage course, regularly features guest speakers to prepare students for roles in the industry. In this spirit, Nathalie and Layla presented to an audience composed largely of international students on how to dress for success in professional settings.

Professors Louis Girard and Ahmad Khalaf highlighted the practical value of the presentation, noting, “The Styling team effectively addresses our audience, primarily early-career individuals facing financial challenges, by advising on cost-effective shopping options that still meet professional standards.”

Student feedback has consistently praised this presentation as one of the most relevant and beneficial, thanks to the leadership of Fashion Management Program Co-ordinator Rossie Kadiyska and the expertise of the styling team, Nathalie and Layla.
