Marketing Management students in the MKTG 5009: Professional Selling course are using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance their sales strategies this semester. As part of their efforts to raise funds for Campfire Circle by selling Marlies hockey tickets, students are integrating AI tools into their sales approach for the first time.

The process begins with a LinkedIn Learning course, where students explore how AI can support sales efforts. They then identify B2B (business-to-business) prospects, using AI to analyze communication styles and research company backgrounds. This enables students to craft targeted sales strategies tailored to each prospect.

By incorporating AI into their learning, students are gaining essential skills in modern sales techniques while ensuring they understand its professional and ethical applications. These insights prepare them for success in the ever-evolving business landscape after graduation from Humber Polytechnic.
