Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management students were warmly received at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, where they were greeted by Event Sales Managers Liny Antwi and Alan McCardle. The visit offered a unique opportunity for the students to engage with senior members of the Sheraton Leadership Team, gaining insights into various facets of the hospitality industry.

Professionals representing diverse departments such as rooms, food and beverage, human resources, administration, events, and culinary departments joined the students for an enriching discussion on the skills and qualities necessary for success in this dynamic field.

Throughout the visit, students actively participated by posing insightful inquiries and establishing meaningful connections. They were particularly impressed by the hotel's front-line service team, whose warm reception and engaging tour showcased the vibrant workings of the hotel's core operations.
