Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management Alumnus Recognized Among Canada’s Top 30-Under-30

Gagan Singh, a double graduate of Humber Polytechnic, has been named one of Kostuch Media Ltd.’s (KML) Top 30-Under-30 award recipients for 2025. This prestigious accolade celebrates the most promising young leaders shaping Canada’s hospitality and food service industry.

A 2019 graduate of the Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management (HTOM) program and a 2020 postgraduate certificate recipient in Public Relations, Gagan has built an impressive career defined by operational excellence, rapid advancement, and inspirational leadership.

Currently serving as General Manager at The Dorset located in Toronto’s newest single large-scale complex, The Well, a district under Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality, Gagan brings over six years of expertise with the group. His journey includes key leadership roles at some of Toronto’s most esteemed dining destinations, including Canoe, Aera, and The Rabbit Hole—where he honed his skills in guest experience, team development, and premium service standards.

Beyond his professional achievements, Gagan remains deeply connected to Humber’s hospitality community, frequently returning as a mentor and panelist for Alumni Night events. His dedication to guiding the next generation of industry leaders reflects the same passion and commitment that defines his career.
