What an incredible evening for Humber’s faculty! While enjoying a local dinner, the highlight wasn’t just the delicious food—it was being greeted and served by one of our amazing Hospitality - Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management alumna, Trang Pham.
Moments like this remind us why we do what we do: seeing our graduates thriving in the hospitality industry is the ultimate reward. Trang’s professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience unforgettable, and her thoughtful gesture of treating us to dumplings and ice cream was a true reflection of the care and excellence that define this industry.
