Third-year Bachelor of Commerce – Healthcare Management students, Dea Xhindoli and Annie Melbye, participated in the ACE Canada Nationals B2B case competition and  represented ACE Humber as delegates.

Dea and Annie worked as a team to tackle a real-world business challenge that pushed them to think strategically, collaborate closely, and perform under pressure. Working as a team of two meant every idea, analysis, and decision required strong communication, trust, and quick problem-solving – an experience that truly sharpened both their technical and teamwork skills.

From breaking down the case to building their strategy and presenting their solution, the weekend was intense, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. They are proud of their work and grateful to have shared this experience with each other. Competing alongside talented students from across the country was inspiring, and this experience reinforced their passion for continuous learning, leadership, and applying knowledge to real-world business challenges.

ACE Nationals, hosted by ACE (Achieve, Connect, Empower) Canada, is its flagship event featuring 17 case competitions in marketing, finance, consulting, and more. ACE Canada Nationals took place in downtown Toronto on January 23-25, 2026.
