Fashion Management students had the opportunity to volunteer at Canada's Bridal Show, hosted by Runway Productions, over three eventful days. This grand showcase featured an array of formal wedding attire from various retailers, with dedicated sections for each.

The highlight of the occasion was, the captivating fashion show, providing attendees with an up-close look at the clothing, a pivotal factor influencing their purchasing decisions.

During the event, the fashion students assisted models with quick outfit changes. Fashion Management student, Josh Singh, described the rapid pace of the process, especially when working with male models, where buttoning shirts required precision and a steady hand. In contrast, the process for female models involved laying the dress on the floor beforehand with an opening in the middle that the model could quickly step into while volunteers fastened the back corset snugly to prevent slipping due to the weight of the dress.

The experience left the students inspired, offering a firsthand view of stunning wedding attire. Anticipation is high for the upcoming January 2024 Bridal Show, welcoming all fashion students to partake in the event.
