Led by a collaborative effort between Fashion Management graduate certificate student, Tvisha Bawa, and UX Design student, Keiling Liu, under the mentorship of faculty members Julia Le Clair, David Neumann, Michael Simmons, and Rossie Kadiyska, the interdisciplinary team embarked on the virtualization of the Japanese Paper Place fashion exhibit collection. Comprising eighteen pieces of fashion, jewelry design, and artwork crafted from Japanese paper by fashion students in Winter 2023, the exhibit holds promise for innovation and creativity.

Students are gaining hands-on experience in technology scanning, image rendering, and the conversion of physical assets into digital formats. With a portfolio eighteen project files, both students and faculty members eagerly anticipate the project's evolution. This endeavor has the potential to revolutionize the archival and digitization processes of student work and artworks, enhancing their accessibility and sustainability for future generations.
