Humber Students Serve Up Delicious Food at The Thistletown Collegiate Institute Garden Party

On September 22, over 300 people enjoyed food prepared by 20 GTA chefs at the 3rd annual Thistletown Collegiate Institute Garden Party.

Attendees enjoyed live cooking demos, a farmers' market, a silent auction, and, of course, delicious Italian-inspired food prepared by GTA chefs, including our very own Shonah Chalmers and four 2nd-year Culinary Management students. Proceeds from the event went to support the Thistletown Collegiate Institute's student trip to Italy in 2021.
