Culinary Management students volunteered at the 30th Annual Festa D’Autunno on November 23rd at Venu Event Space in Vaughan. The event, organized by the Federazione Italiana Cuochi Canada under the leadership of president Luciano Schipano, offered guests an authentic Italian culinary experience complete with wine tastings and live entertainment in a vibrant cultural atmosphere.

Students supported chefs at multiple action stations, helping prepare and serve dishes including pasta, risotto, and gelato to more than 400 attendees. For over a decade, a portion of the event’s proceeds has been directed toward Humber Culinary Student Scholarships.

Student volunteers included Dejanay Osbourne, Denasia Moore, Fan Yang, Gabriel Chapman, Harold Quiroz, Jianyu Li, Jing Chen, Jordon Josie, Kayla Ann Moore Williams, Kevin Grewal, Kimberlyn Oliver, Prince Rudolph Manjares, Rohit, Shabnam Mousavi, Shanelle Caco, Tamara Al Jallad, Tiyonna Noel, and Tirunya Sritapak.

The experience offered students a chance to apply their skills in a real-world setting while contributing to an event that continues to support future culinary talent.
