Professional Golf Management Alumnus Launches Performance Snack Brand, Fix Fuel

Professional Golf Management graduate and elite golfer, Joseph D'Alfonso, recognized a gap in the availability of healthy snacks at stores and golf courses.

Drawing on his culinary education and experience with nutritional performance foods, Joseph began experimenting with recipes in his kitchen. The result is Fix Fuel, a brand offering protein-rich, fiber-packed bars and muffins made without preservatives, designed to enhance performance, mental focus, and energy levels.

Fix Fuel products are available at Longo's food stores and multiple golf courses across Ontario. The brand is also supporting Humber Varsity athletes and students in the Humber Golf Lab.
