Human Resources Management Alumni Share Expertise with Current Students

HLOs:

Human Resources Management (HRM) alumni Kaitlin Reibling, Alexandra Stuckless, Nick Matricciano, and Jonathan Pavan, returned as guest speakers to share their knowledge and experiences with current Bachelor of Commerce - Human Resources Management students.

The alumni addressed various topics such as the role of a value-driven trusted advisor, HRM leadership within the Government of Ontario, transitioning from HR support to a people analytics specialist, and the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in talent acquisition.

Their presentations inspired students to prioritize integrity and strategic leadership while equipping them with the skills necessary to create inclusive and data-driven workplaces in their future careers.
