Human Resources Alumna Receives BMO's Ambition 2025 Annual Award

Symbrit Stapleton, a 2017 Bachelor of Commerce - Human Resources Management graduate, has been honoured with the BMO Ambition 2025 Annual Award for delivering outcomes that support BMO’s Ambition 2025 goals throughout 2023. Symbrit is a Human Resources Business Partner at BMO, providing strategic advice and support to technology leaders and facilitating the realization of their talent strategies. Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including organization design, talent management, succession planning, and recruitment efforts, all aimed at cultivating a skilled and dynamic workforce.
