On February 14th, Human Resource Management (HRM) students participated in a dynamic Q&A and networking session during the HRM Industry Panel Event. The event provided a platform for students to gain insights into launching their careers, securing placements through work-integrated field experiences, and discussing pertinent topics such as work-life balance and the evolving nature of work post-COVID.

The panel discussion sparked an exchange of ideas and perspectives, offering students a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the HRM field.

Special recognition goes to the panellists, including Program Advisory Committee (PAC) members Erin Haig and Tom Goldie, whose expertise enriched the discussion. Additionally, a heartfelt appreciation is extended to HRM alumni Kristyn Bradley (Class of 2016), Manveen Padda Sahota (Class of 2020), and Anna Gratcheva (Class of 2021) for generously sharing their experiences with the students.
