HR Capstone Class Demonstrates Creative Problem-Solving through Design Thinking

Human Resources Management students in the HR Capstone Project course had the opportunity to delve into the world of Design Thinking. Design Thinking, a people-oriented and prototype-driven process for creative problem-solving, was explored by the students to develop innovative and human-centric programs and experiences in the workplace. Through this approach, each group was tasked with leading a Design Thinking session to generate recommendations for their respective employers in order to solve HR issues.

The results were outstanding, with each group showcasing their ability to think critically and creatively to come up with unique and inspiring solutions. The use of Design Thinking allowed them to approach the problems from a different perspective, beyond traditional methods of problem-solving.

The HR Capstone class is to be commended for their enthusiasm in embracing this new learning experience and for pushing the boundaries of their thinking. By incorporating Design Thinking into their problem-solving process, these students have gained valuable skills that can be applied to real-world HR challenges in the workplace.
