Program Overview

The Administrative Services certificate program is for those who wish to acquire the technical, administrative and communications skills needed to succeed in today's business environment in entry-level positions as receptionist, customer service representative or administrative/office support service co-ordinator.

NOTE: This program will be discontinued Winter 2018. No NEW students will be admitted to the program.
