Students Shine at Fairmont Hotels’ Exclusive Educator’s Event

On September 24th, Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Advisors Stephanie Kratz and Andrew Bascome accompanied four Humber students to the ‘Exclusive Educator’s Event’ hosted by the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. This event provided an opportunity for students to engage with the renowned luxury hotel brand and explore potential career pathways through discussions with key members of Fairmont's leadership team.

The attendees included Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management student Jasmine Donovan-Barrett, Hospitality - Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management student Jerwin-Ryan Tipay, Culinary Management student Regine Adeline Emnace, and Baking and Pastry Arts Management student Holly Schlamb. Throughout the event, the students showcased their networking abilities, forging important connections with various Fairmont leadership members.

Their participation at the event highlighted their roles as exemplary ambassadors of Humber, positioning them as strong candidates for future opportunities within the Fairmont brand.
