Work-Integrated Learning Centre Participates in BMO Open House

On January 24th, Bank of Montreal (BMO) held its inaugural BMO Open House Event at their corporate head office in Toronto. The event hosted universities and colleges across the GTA including the Humber Longo Faculty of Business Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Centre. The Director of Enterprise Campus Recruitment & Early Talent Programs, Lisa Kramer, opened the event by sharing key enhancements to BMO’s Campus Recruiting and Early Talent Programs. Lisa shared exciting changes underway, one of which included incorporating a larger social media presence in the recruitment process to ensure BMO representatives are more accessible to students.

Vicky Cabral, Senior Manager of Campus Recruitment & Early Talent Programs, shared roles and opportunities available and innovative initiatives implemented to increase student retention efforts. The event also included a student panel in which current students shared their placement experiences and the evolution of campus recruitment at BMO.

Longo Faculty of Business looks forward to fostering a partnership with BMO as well as upcoming student WIL opportunities.
