Longo Faculty of Business students were welcomed by TJX staff and began their visit with an introduction to the layout of the building which allowed them to engage with the company culture. They also received a first-hand glimpse of what a typical day working with TJX could look like.
Followed by the tour, students gathered into the auditorium to listen to a panel of speakers discuss their experiences and career path with the company. There were 5 panelists from multiple departments including Planning & Allocation, Vendor Relations, Merchandise Administration and Store Level.
