ORHMA President and CEO Shares Positive Outlook on the Hospitality Industry

On June 18th, the Work Integrated Learning team hosted Tony Elenis, President and CEO of the Ontario Restaurant Hotel & Motel Association (ORHMA) as a guest speaker for a virtual meeting with students from multiple Longo Faculty of Business programs.

Tony shared some words of wisdom on overcoming the current challenges faced by the hospitality industry that have stemmed from the COVID-19 crisis and provided great insights on how the industry will evolve in the future.

Although recovery for the industry will be gradual, Tony encouraged students and indicated a bright outlook for future hospitality graduates.
