Legal Networking Week a Hit with Students and Employers

The Placement Centre hosted their annual Business School Legal Networking Week featuring networking events for Paralegal Diploma, Degree, Postgraduate, and Law Clerk Diploma students.

Hundreds of students attended the successful events held during the week of March 19th at both North and Lakeshore Campuses. Each event featured noteworthy guest speakers including: Chantall Samuels, Ministry of the Attorney General Civil Law Division, MCSS/MCYS Branch Christine Kebalo, Ministry of the Attorney General - Ministry of Labour, Legal Services Branch Elaine Page, Page Paralegal, PREP Network Michelle Haigh, Precision Paralegal Services LLP, Paralegal Standing Committee

The speed networking process had students rotating between tables every ten minutes and interacting with employers to gather information about the different companies as well as potential career paths. The successful event offered valuable networking opportunities for both students and employers.
