Humber Students Tour The Campus During First Week Back

Why not celebrate the first week back on campus with a tour of the campus? While this excursion is a regular affair for students taking the TRAV272 Sustainable Tourism elective, the added bonus this year was that most students had not been to campus before. Aman Hehar, Associate Director, Energy & Climate Change, Office of Sustainability, explained all the exciting projects that Humber has accomplished in sustainable building design, which we then translated to our tourism industry once we were back in class. We got to see the 7th floor of the LRC (yes, it exists!), had an unplanned visit to a robotics lab as they were preparing for a competition (thank you Neil Mohamed!), and got a tour of our hospitality suite thanks to Temu Moore. A visit to the Arboretum is next … stay tuned!
