Felicitation Event Celebrates Student Contributions

On April 21st, Placement Advisor Stephanie Kratz attended a ‘Felicitation Event’ held at The Boulevard Club. The event served as a celebration, commemorating the successful completion of Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) placements for all participating students.

Amidst the gathering of fifteen students from various local post-secondary institutions, four students proudly represented Humber. Three students from the Hospitality – Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management program - Nova Kaishen Drapete, Bhumisha Rai, and Sofiia Skliarenko, alongside Trizia Juatas, a Culinary Management student, were acknowledged for their contributions during their WIL placements at the Boulevard Club. These placements encompassed a range of departments, including food and beverage, concierge, yachting, and culinary.

The event exemplified the remarkable level of engagement exhibited by the Boulevard Club, an industry partner deeply committed to providing support and encouragement to the students. The students were thrilled to have their contributions and accomplishments recognized and celebrated and regarded this experience as an invaluable launchpad for their careers.
