Culinary Professor Appointed Chair of Global Sustainability Committee
Shonah Chalmers, Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC), and a Culinary Professor at Humber Polytechnic, has been appointed Chair of the Feed the Planet and Sustainability Committee within the Worldchefs Association of Chefs Societies. In this role, Shonah will lead initiatives promoting sustainable food practices, education, and food security worldwide. She will also host the monthly webcast 'Sustainability Around the World', featuring global culinary professionals committed to eco-conscious kitchens.
