On December 8th, five industry chefs attended the students' first semester Basic Culinary Knowledge course to share their culinary journey and current roles. The visit was an opportunity for students to learn from a diverse panel of culinary professionals about their career paths, how to find work-life balance and listen to industry-related advice.
The panel included Humber Culinary graduates John Rocha, Private Chef, Rob Yu, Executive Chef of Yokai Izakaya, Dacyion Reid, Catering and Private Chef and Joe McNabb, Sysco Foods Sales Consultant as well as Suman Ali Sayed, Chef and Food Videographer.
