The Humber Room Story
Offering extraordinary cuisine in an upscale casual setting to Humber students, staff and the broader community. In the kitchen, preparation is done by students who are studying to become a chef. In the dining room, varied service styles are offered, with service provided by students studying in a hospitality program.
Sustainable initiatives include:
Oceanwise seafood
Fair trade coffees and sustainably sourced teas
Local Sourcing of Ingredients through local vendors/Foodland Ontario
Use of fresh ingredients from Humbers Student Learning Garden
Q Water instead of bottled water
