International Business Students Engage in Canada-U.S. Relations Discussion with Leading Policy Experts

Pierre-Pascal Gendron, Professor and Program Co-ordinator of the Bachelor of Commerce – International Business program, led a group of students to an insightful Empire Club of Canada event titled Borderline: How Canada Can Matter More to the United States – and the Rest of the World.

The panel featured a distinguished lineup of policy experts, including Janice Stein, Founding Director of the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, and Edward Greenspon, President and CEO of the Public Policy Forum. Moderated by Amanda Lang, Anchor of Taking Stock on CTV, the discussion explored Canada’s evolving role in its relationship with the U.S. and its broader global influence. Professor Drew Fagan from the Munk School opened the event with remarks that set the stage for an engaging conversation.
