Virtual Insurance Career Day Connects Students to Industry Leaders
On October 7th, the Insurance Management program in partnership with the Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC) Career Connections team hosted another successful Insurance Career Day at Humber.
This year, Insurance Career Day looked different as a virtually conducted event, and featured six insurance professionals including:
- Cheka Wick, Chubb Insurance, Business Solutions Associate
- Daria Agius, LCBO, Risk Manager
- Rhu Sherrard, Claims Pro, Adjuster
- Leanne Taylor, Hub International, Manager, Client Service Centre - Auto
- Pam Pabla, Desjardins, Agency Owner
- Richard Swierczynski, Claim Pro, Director, Specialty Risk Division (Cargo and Commercial Transportation SIU)
Insurance Management students were given the opportunity to meet with various different industry thought leaders.
