Insurance Management Students Welcome ORIMS Guest Speakers

The Ontario Risk & Insurance Management Society (ORIMS) visited the Insurance Management program to speak with students about the responsibilities and job details of a risk manager in a variety of industries. This included financial, education, health care, public sector, and manufacturing.

ORIMS is the largest risk management society chapter in Canada that promotes the discipline of risk management and insurance in Ontario.

In addition to the lecture, students were also extended a complimentary membership to ORIMS. A huge thanks to Helen Trajanos and Roman Parzei for organizing the event.
