Insurance Management Students Connect with Professionals at the IBAO Conference

In a two-day gathering on October 17th and 18th at the Sheraton Centre, the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) orchestrated Canada's most extensive insurance conference. This year, the Insurance Management – Property and Casualty (P&C) graduate certificate program was privileged to send over forty students to the event. Renowned as the largest insurance event in Canada, the IBAO Conference consistently draws over five thousand participants, features thirty-six speakers, and garners support from twenty-nine sponsors every year.

Students seized the opportunity to partake in a dynamic job fair, where they engaged with more than fifteen companies, interacted with accomplished brokers, and exchanged insights with industry thought leaders. The day concluded with an opportunity to attend a broker-specific educational session, interact with the foremost insurance companies and brokerages in Canada, and participate in a CEO panel discussion.

The Insurance Management program would like to extend it's gratitude to Colin Simpson, Brett Boadway, and the entire IBAO team for their dedication and hard work in organizing this exceptional event.
