Insurance Management Student Awarded Diamond Jubilee Prize for Top Marks!
Ritesh Mahajan, an Insurance Management program alumni was recently awarded the Diamond Jubilee prize, by the Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC) for being the Top Graduate in the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation nationally. This is a remarkable accomplishment! In addition, Ritesh also won the Ralph Sketch award for top marks in Ontario.
Winning awards is not new to Ritesh, as he was also awarded the Gerald E. Hackett Memorial Prize (Top student in the CIP program), and the Tretiak Memorial Prize (Best first-year student in a full-time insurance program) when he was pursuing his studies at Humber College. In addition, he was awarded the Co-operators and Wawanesa scholarships. The team’s business challenge is an increased competition for entertainment dollars. In addition, like many other sport and entertainment properties, the current COVID-19 pandemic has brought on challenges to draw fans. As a result, the team is looking for new and unique ways to win back fans to come to games.
