Insurance Management Program Coordinator Speaks at Talent Summit

On August 20th, the Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC) coordinated its virtual summit, Symposium West 2020: Clearing Our Vision for the Future.

One of the panel discussions conducted during the summit was Tackling the Talent Crunch: Positioning an Organization to Gain & Retain Top Talent in the insurance industry.

The panel included:

• Jodi Marner, Director of Human Resources & Employee Experience at Gore Mutual
• John McNeil, Humber College's Insurance Management Program Coordinator
