Insurance Management Graduate Secures Role as Associate Claims Advisor with Northbridge Insurance

Lovell Menezes, a graduate of the Insurance Management – Property and Casualty program, has been appointed as an Associate Claims Advisor with Northbridge Insurance. Northbridge General Insurance Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings, manages $6.6 billion in assets and oversees $2.3 billion in annual premiums.

Northbridge Insurance, a strong supporter of the Insurance Management program, has provided students with career opportunities in both underwriting and claims. In the past year alone, Northbridge recruited four program graduates and continues to actively engage with students through its role on the Program Advisory Committee (PAC).

Originally an international student, Lovell completed the Insurance Management program in June 2024 and is nearing completion of his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
