IMPG Student Lands Exciting Role at CHUBB Insurance

Current Insurance Management program (IMPG) student and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) alumna, Lauren Ratcliffe, was recently extended a role at CHUBB Insurance. 

Lauren was hired within the first two months of enrolling within the Insurance Management program and is excited about this new opportunity. She will continue to complete her studies and begins her role at CHUBB in the new hire claims development program in July 2021. 

CHUBB Insurance is one of the largest Property and Casualty (P&C) insurers in the world specializing in high-net-worth clients. Their list includes exotic cars and homes over 2.5 million dollars – they are also the current insurer of pop star Drake’s mansion in the GTA. 

CHUBB is known to typically target students with university-level degrees in their hiring process, but, in speaking to Lauren, it was her ADR skillset that set her apart and made her the ideal candidate.

As a result of Lauren's success, both ADR Program Coordinator Mary Lee, and Insurance Management Program Coordinator John McNeil have been working together to get more ADR students interested in considering the insurance industry as a career path.
