The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group visited Lakeshore Campus to connect with students and announce its new partnership with the Insurance Management program.

The Commonwell Mutual team orchestrated an exceptional presentation, unveiling the diverse array of career paths awaiting graduates within the insurance domain within Commonwell Mutual. A highlight of their discourse was the introduction of their new Graduate Rotational Accelerated Development Program (G.R.A.D.) program. The innovative initiative is a two-year rotational program focused on getting to know the Commonwell Mutual business as well as the vast opportunities within it.

Emphasizing the program's essence of fostering business acumen, refining technical skills, and offering a comprehensive insight into potential opportunities, the G.R.A.D. program features:

  • 8 months dedicated to Auto and Property Claims
  • 8 months focused on Personal Lines Underwriting
  • 4 months in Member Innovation Finishing
  • 4 months dedicated to Optimization
